• WWE Might Have Plans For Major Sports Star At WrestleMania 42

Tom Brady and Logan Paul recently traded comments in interviews and on social media, a back-and-forth that sources say was planned in advance.

The exchanges have fueled speculation about Brady potentially getting involved with WWE in some capacity. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, several WWE departments have already explored ideas tied to Brady, including possible branding, logos, and specialty merchandise. Names such as “T-Bone” and “The Untouchable Tom Brady” have reportedly been discussed internally.

Discussions between WWE and Brady’s representatives are said to have started last year after the company decided to bring WrestleMania back to Las Vegas. Brady has ties to the city as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. He also has a connection to WWE through Fanatics, the company that produces WWE’s merchandise.

While a match is not expected, sources indicated that an appearance by Brady at a WWE event is still a possibility, most likely at WrestleMania 42.

• WWE Wrestlers Are Facing Issues Due To Sponsors On The Ring Mat

On his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul revealed that WWE wrestlers are facing issues in the ring due to sponsors on the ring mat:

“By the end of the night, the middle of that ring gets really slippery with them logos painted in there. I’ll just say it bro, I noticed. I can’t get running full speed. I’ve gotta be really careful with my feet and my placement, because the logos that they now paint in the middle of the ring.

I started it with PRIME. We were the first in-ring middle of the ring sponsor ever with the logo. It’s not us anymore.

I know this was a thing because before we did that, we were going back and forth with WWE about whether or not it was even possible, because the way they paint it, they wanted to actually stress test the mats and have people wrestle and see if it got oily, and they determined that the type of paint they used was okay and that it wasn’t gonna be slippery.

But then they started using colored paint as well. I don’t know what they’re using now, but I’m telling you, it’s slippery.”
