1. Gawker’s New Trail Attempt Against Hulk Hogan Rejected
According to reports, Gawker’s attempt at a new trial in their case with Hulk Hogan was rejected by the Judge and Gawker will have to pay $140 million to Hulk Hogan.
Gawker Media has noted that if they are forced to pay the Hogan settlement money, then they will go out of business.
