We noted earlier that WWE is looking to produce a blockbuster SummerSlam this year.
With The Undertaker making his return and headlining this year’s main event at SummerSlam, SummerSlam 2015 being 4 hours long, it is indeed going to be a blockbuster event.
However, WWE made some changes this past week. We reported earlier that Sting might also work SummerSlam 2015, where he would either face Bray Wyatt, or team up with Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns to face the Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper & one mystery member, as Eric Rowan is out with an injury).
But now, WWE creative has changed their mind and Sting won’t be working SummerSlam 2015. WWE informed Sting a few days ago that he was not needed for the event after he did some serious training in preparation for the PPV.
With Undertaker facing Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2015, it is quite possible that Sting faces The Undertaker next year at WrestleMania 32.
