• Old School Wrestling Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 68th birthday of Old School Wrestling Veteran “Pretty Boy” Doug Somers (Real name: Douglas Somerson).
Most Old School Fans remember Doug Somers from his AWA days, where he formed a Tag Team with “Playboy” Buddy Rose.
Their feud with the Midnight Rockers Marty Jannetty & Shawn Michaels is legendary and they had some of the best matches in the long and illustrious history of Verne Gagne’s AWA American Wrestling Association territory.
In 1991, he had a brief stint in WCW as “Doug Summers”, where he lost to Van Hammer at the annual Halloween Havoc PPV.
Doug jumped ship the following year in 1992, when he worked for the World Wrestling Federation as an enhancement talent, putting over WWF Superstars like Bret Hart, Tatanka, Jim Duggan, El Matador, Owen Hart & The Big Bossman.

• WWE Not Allowing Carmella To Change Her Look
It looks like former SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella won’t be changing her blonde hair color anytime soon.
A fan asked Carmella to go back to dark hair color and Carmella replied the following:

• Paige’s Possible New Role In WWE
A WWE news show will air on FS1 once SmackDown moves to FOX and its name will be “WWE Backstage”.
The Big Lead is reporting that this show is scheduled to begin on November 5 and one of the names being considered to be Renee Young’s co-host on the show is former WWE Divas Champion Paige.
