• Controversial Former WWE Wrestler Feels WWE Wants To Use Hulk Hogan To Spike Their TV Ratings

During a recent interview with Ringside News, controversial former WWE wrestler Muhammad Hassan talked about “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan being reinstated into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Below are the highlights:

On working with Hogan:

“I loved working with him, he was great. He was very, very cool, very relaxed, he was warm. I remember working with him, oh it must have been Boston, or maybe it was New York, but I was on with him on Hogan Knows Best because he was kind of making a comeback and it was against us (himself and Shawn Daivari). I remember him coming up behind me, going, “Hey brother,” picking me up. He’s a big dude. He was just awesome to work with.”

On Hogan being reinstated to the WWE Hall of Fame:

“I saw he got reinstated, and I cannot stress how that speaks volumes of Hulk Hogan for who he is as a wrestler, and an entertainer. In WWE, the ratings are dropping, and I feel like they are looking at Hogan again to kinda spike them. That says a lot because he’s been doing this for what 30-40 years now and he’s still a ratings machine. You put him on TV and people are going to watch.”

• WWE Planning A Huge Push For SmackDown Live Star

Former NXT Champion and current SmackDown Live Superstar Andrade “Cien” Almas never fails to impress whenever he steps in the ring.

Almas faced WWE Champion AJ Styles on an episode of SmackDown Live last week and it was possibly WWE trying to check if Almas can work in the ring with main event talents.

The match was quite impressive, specially based on the time it was given. Fans were invested into it and it also got a lot of attention backstage. Almas did what he had to, that is to get people talking about him.

The match also sparked further interest in the pairing of Almas with Zelina Vega.

PWInsider reports that WWE is planning to give Almas a huge push soon. He may feud with Samoa Joe or AJ Styles after SummerSlam 2018 (or with other top level SmackDown Live talent).

‘El Idolo’ was originally supposed to win the United States Championship from Jeff Hardy but he was replaced by Shinsuke Nakamura.
