• WWE Possibly Doing “Queen Of The Ring” Tournament, Reason Behind It

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE officials are discussing about a potential “Queen Of The Ring” tournament in 2019.

The idea behind doing it is that they’ll feature this tournament at the next all-women’s PPV. WWE wants to do at least one all-women’s PPV every year, but it’s possible that WWE does two all-women’s PPV every year, similar how they will be doing two PPVs in Saudi Arabia every year (as the main reason behind WWE doing an all-women’s PPV this year was to ensure people don’t complain about an all-men’s PPV in Saudi Arabia).

The next PPV in Saudi Arabia is currently scheduled for April 2019 after WrestleMania 35, so it’s possible this proposed tournament takes place sometime after it.

We’ll keep you updated regarding this.
