On this day in Pro Wrestling history on October 3, 1987, the World Wrestling Federation aired ‘WWF Saturday Night’s Main Event 12’ on NBC.

The entire event was originally taped on September 23, 1987 at the Hersheypark Arena in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

With SmackDown moving to FOX this Friday night, it looks like WWE is going to move all their top RAW stars to SmackDown during the upcoming Draft.

During a new YouTube video titled “Meet WWE SmackDown’s newest generation of Superstars”, the following names are shown as being a part of the SmackDown roster:

– Brock Lesnar (#1 contender for the WWE Championship)

– Braun Strowman

– Becky Lynch (RAW Women’s Champion)

– Seth Rollins (Universal Champion)

– “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt (#1 contender for the Universal Championship)

– Roman Reigns

Out of the above listed names, only Roman Reigns is currently an official member of the SmackDown roster.
