This was either WWE teasing a new gimmick or their Twitter account being hacked.

• Hall Of Fame Ceremony Possibly Taking Place During SummerSlam 2020 Weekend
According to Georgia Smith (daughter of WWE Hall Of Fame Class of 2020 inductee “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith), the WWE Hall of Fame 2020 ceremony is expected to take place during SummerSlam 2020 weekend.
Below is what she posted on Twitter:
“Just a heads up! I have spoken with WWE and they are postponing the Hall of Fame for a later date, and are hoping to do it for SummerSlam (which would be appropriate for my dad) thanks again for all your support! Let’s all stay safe out there??”
