3. Another Kayfabe Injury
On last night’s WWE Raw, Dolph Ziggler shoved down Rusev’s throat that he has lost Lana forever, and said that Lana was the reason for all the good things that happened to Rusev in WWE.
Dolph & Lana then locked lips again. Lana and Summer Rae were about to beat each other down again but Rusev striked! Rusev attacked Ziggler with his crutches and superkicked him. He focussed his attack on Ziggler’s throat with his crutches. Ziggler tried to fight back but was unsuccessful. Ziggler was taken out on a stretcher and WWE is reporting that he suffered a throat injury. Below is what WWE.com posted:
“Dolph Ziggler was rushed to a nearby medical facility after an attack by Rusev on Raw, WWE.com has learned. The Bulgarian Brute slammed a crutch across Ziggler’s throat, causing trainers to tend to The Showoff and take him out of the arena on a stretcher after the vicious assault.”
Just to clarify, this is not a legitimate injury.
