– RAW wrestler Johnny Gargano is currently injured. He tweeted the following:
“I injured my shoulder at a live event in Toronto (ironic?), and the medical team is going to protect me from myself for a bit.. but you better believe I’m going to do EVERYTHING I can to get back in that ring so I can be that guy you all know I can be. Just let me in that Rumble!”
– Josh Alexander is now the longest reigning IMPACT Wrestling World Champion. Previous record was held by Bobby Roode (256 days).
– According to PWInsider, SmackDown wrestler & current NXT Tag Team Champion Xavier Woods is banged up and not cleared to wrestle.
That’s why Kofi Kingston has been wrestling in singles matches on NXT & WWE Live Events as of late, with Xavier in his corner. Woods is expected to get cleared in time for Royal Rumble 2023.
– Mercedes Mone’s (fka Sasha Banks) return match against Kairi Sane at NJPW Battle In The Valley for the IWGP Women’s Championship on February 18th has sold out.
– ROH Supercard Of Honor 2023 will take place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California on March 31st, during the WrestleMania 39 weekend.
