As we noted before, Old School WWF Legend Chris Jericho has signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Jericho officially committing to AEW is a very recent thing as he was in talks with WWE a few weeks back.

Jericho is now set to make his AEW debut at the ‘Double Or Nothing’ event on May 25th.

With Jericho signing with AEW, WWE has moved Jericho’s profile to the alumni section on their website. But that’s not the only thing that did. WWE has also removed Jericho from the opening video package that’s shown before every WWE show. Jericho got replaced by current SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro).

Below is a video of Jericho signing with AEW contract:

No word yet on if Jericho signed an exclusive deal with AEW, or he would still be allowed to work for NJPW.
