The biggest question that stands at this point is : Will THE Guy become THE Double Champion at Roadblock: End of the Line?
While there were plans for Roman to become a Double Champion (as WWE officials want to do something similar to what Conor McGregor did in UFC – becoming a Two Weight Division World Champion), but that might not happen at this PPV.

Roman Reigns as WWE Double Champion – Universal Champion & United States Champion
WWE played an angle this past week on Raw where it looked like Chris Jericho is finally done with Kevin Owens (as he didn’t save Owens from getting Speared by Reigns).
However, the Jericho-Owens friendship angle is expected to continue and it looks like Jericho will help Owens in retaining his WWE Universal Title once again.
Winner: Kevin Owens (Still Champion)
This doesn’t mean that WWE officials have cancelled the idea of Reigns winning the WWE Universal Title, because it can happen anytime soon.
