Tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble 2016 PPV is airing live from Amway Center in Orlando, Florida and is the 29th annual Royal Rumble PPV.

Tonight marks the start of “Road to WrestleMania 32” and tonight’s main event is the Royal Rumble match and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in that match.

Kickoff Match: Mark Henry & Jack Swagger def. Darren Young & Damien Sandow, The Dudley Boyz and The Ascension to qualify in the Royal Rumble 2016 match.

Last Man Standing Match: Dean Ambrose def. Kevin Owens to retain the Intercontinental Title. Kevin Owens went through 2 tables outside the ring from the top rope to lose the match as he was unable to answer the referee’s count of 10. Below is that bump:

Up next is the WWE Tag Team Title match and The New Day are out first. Xavier Woods comes out with the Trombone. It looks like Kofi & Big E will be wrestling. Out comes The Usos after New Day’s promo.

WWE Tag Team Title Match: New Day def. The Usos to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles. Big E hits the ‘Big Ending’ to end things and their lengthy Title reign continues.

Up next is the United States Title match between Alberto Del Rio & Kalisto.

Kalisto was going for a move similar to the Canadian Destroyer but botched it and landed on his head. Del Rio goes for the double foot stomp from the top rope but he misses and Kalisto hits Salida Del Sol but Del Rio reaches the bottom rope to break the count.

Del Rio removes the covering of the top turnbuckle but the plan backfires and Kalisto hits Salida Del Sol for the win!

Winner: NEW United States Champion Kalisto
