• WWE Sees NXT Star On The Same Level As Bron Breakker – The Next Top Guys
Momentum continues to build inside WWE around NXT Champion Oba Femi, even though he has not yet been formally added to the main roster.
Following his recent appearances on SmackDown and Saturday Night’s Main Event, sources told BodySlam that WWE officials were extremely impressed with how Femi came across on a larger stage.
That reaction has already translated into visible movement. WWE has begun airing promotional vignettes for Femi on both RAW and SmackDown, which is typically a sign that a full-time transition is being prepared rather than tested.
Internally, officials are said to view Femi on the same level as Bron Breakker, a comparison that reflects how highly he is regarded within the company. Breakker is currently positioned as a major long-term priority, and placing Femi in that category signals similar expectations.
While no official announcement has been made, the belief backstage is that Femi’s move to the main roster is close. His NXT run, combined with how smoothly he has been received on main roster programming, has reinforced WWE’s confidence in him as a future centerpiece.
As things stand, Femi is being treated less like a prospect and more like a finished product waiting for the right moment to fully arrive.
