• WWE Set A New Record On Last Night’s SmackDown

WWE has been killing it with their TV shows and premium live events as of late.

Every week, they are setting attendance and gate records in various cities with RAW and SmackDown.

Last night wasn’t any different. Sean Ross Sapp reported the following about SmackDown:

“Tonight’s WWE live events report that tonight’s event in Pittsburgh marked the highest grossing SmackDown in the market in company history.”

On last night’s SmackDown, Rey Mysterio was announced as the 1st inductee for the WWE Hall Of Fame Class Of 2023.

Drew McIntyre & Sheamus got the pin at the same time in the Fatal 5-Way #1 contenders match. They will now collide on next week’s SmackDown, with the winner facing Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 39.

Jey Uso explained why he turned on Sami Zayn. The Usos were then attacked by Cody Rhodes & Sami Zayn.
