As we noted before, Erick Rowan suffered a biceps injury during a WWE Live Event match against Cesaro.
Rowan is expected to be out of action for four months, however if he chooses to undergo surgery, he will be out even longer.
However, latest reports are suggesting that his injury is much more serious than previously thought and he could be out of action for six months.
