4. On This Day In Pro Wrestling History (June 25, 1995) – King Of The Ring 1995

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on June 25th 1995, the WWF aired ‘King of the Ring 1995’ on PPV from The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In 1995 ECW was hot and Philly would let the WWF know by chanting “ECW” quite a lot during that PPV.

After an already qualified Razor Ramon was out of the tournament because of a rib injury, his replacement Savio Vega had to wrestle a qualifying match against I.R.S. on the PPV Pre-Show, which he won and made it all the way to the final match, hence being the first and only Wrestler, who ever wrestled 4 matches in one night at a King of the Ring PPV.
