Below are a couple of top WWE & AEW news stories of the day, involving WrestleMania 40 and Elimination Chamber.
• Fans have wanted to see Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso for a while now. The twin brothers have even said in interviews that they want to face each other at WrestleMania.
WWE has been building towards this match for a while now. Jimmy screwed Jey at SummerSlam 2023, which led to Roman Reigns defeating Jey in a Tribal Combat to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Jey and Jimmy most recently squared off in the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match, where they were entry #1 & #2 respectively.
On next week’s RAW, Jey will challenge Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship.
We are being told that Jimmy will interfere and cost Jey this match. This will lead to Jey vs. Jimmy at WrestleMania 40.
