Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, involving The Rock and Drew McIntyre.
• Not only will The Rock appear on tonight’s SmackDown, he will appear on next week’s SmackDown as well.
According to WrestleVotes, next week’s SmackDown is set to feature “The Rock Concert”:
“According to sources, the much-anticipated return of ‘The Rock Concert’ could light up next week’s SmackDown, live from Memphis, TN.
I’m told this idea has been brewing for weeks, with a possible announcement of it tonight on SmackDown.”
New Video: Peyton Royce aka Cassie Lee Exposes Her Buns:
• On this week’s episode of RAW, Drew McIntyre said Seth Rollins is a spotlight junkie and criticized him for involving himself in The Bloodline’s business at WrestleMania 40.
In the main event of the show, McIntyre defeated Jey Uso after a distraction from Jimmy Uso. Solo Sikoa also tried to interfere in the match, but Cody Rhodes took him out.
Rollins then came out and went running past Drew, ignoring his WrestleMania 40 opponent in the process, and took out Jimmy. Drew then took out Rollins with a Claymore Kick to end the show.
Drew posted a video on this on X and used CM Punk’s infamous promo from the AEW All Out 2022 press conference, which resulted in a backstage fight.
Here’s what Drew wrote:
“What did I ever do in this world to deserve an empty-headed, ******* dumb **** like Seth Rollins to go out on national TV and go into business for himself.”
