• WWE’s July Plans Take A U-Turn

As we noted earlier, WWE was planning to hold the July 24th episode of RAW and July 27th episode of SmackDown in front of a live crowd in Lakeland.

However, the company has taken the right decision and delayed those plans due to the recent COVID-19 cases among their employees.

The Wrestling Observer noted the following about it:

“So the dates July 24th and 27th were officially cancelled by WWE. The people who were gonna work those shows got the word later in the afternoon. If they get delayed — nobody knows that’s going on. Everything’s spiked again, it’s quite sad, it’s quite sad. That’s all I can say.”
