• Because he was indirectly mentioned in the Vince McMahon lawsuit, not only was Brock Lesnar pulled from Royal Rumble 2024, he has also been pulled from the WrestleMania 40 plans.
WWE had Gunther vs. Brock Lesnar for the Intercontinental Championship planned, but that match is off as of this writing.
According to Xero News, the following two opponents are currently being discussed for Gunther at WrestleMania XL:
– LA Knight
– Bron Breakker
Gunther went at it with Breakker in the Royal Rumble match last night, as Breakker was Lesnar’s replacement in the match.
The only thing confirmed as of this writing is that Gunther will head into WrestleMania 40 as the Intercontinental Champion.

• Not only did Bayley won the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match last night, she also set the record for the longest time spent in a Women’s Rumble.

3. Rhea Ripley (1 hour, 1 minute & 8 seconds)
Bayley wrote the following about her victory on Instagram:

During the post-show press conference, Bayley said the following about her big win:
“Going out there and being in the ring with Naomi and Natalya and that first.. first three of us, legends.
My first time doing anything on the main roster, it was a UK tour and it was me and Natalya vs. Team BAD so like, they’re the girls that really made me comfortable and took me in so being in there with them, they have been through everything, generations of this division and are still here helping everyone out, that was incredible and happy to have Naomi back.”
