• WWE’s Plan For Big E On SmackDown
The New Day’s Big E is currently a singles wrestler on SmackDown, as his partners, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are out of action with injuries (Kofi’s injury is just a part of storyline).
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that this singles run will lead to a singles Championship match for Big E at some point.
It’s unknown if it will be for the Intercontinental Championship or the Universal Championship. Big E has already won the Intercontinental Championship in the past, so a Universal Championship match could be the way WWE may be heading in.
Big E defeated The Miz on last week’s SmackDown with a new finisher.
