• WWE’s Plan For Finn Balor Heading Into SummerSlam 2019

As seen on this week’s episode of RAW, Bray Wyatt made his return to live WWE programming under his “Fiend” gimmick and laid out Finn Balor with a Sister Abigail.

“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt vs. Finn Balor is now scheduled to take place at SummerSlam 2019.

According to Brad Shepard, WWE officials are planning to protect Balor’s “Demon King” gimmick as Balor isn’t scheduled to use that gimmick at SummerSlam 2019.

The reason behind this is that WWE plans to book Wyatt to destroy Balor at SummerSlam (so they can write him off TV and then he’ll go on his hiatus) and they want to do while keeping Balor’s Demon gimmick undefeated on the main roster.
