On this day in 1997, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired a special Tuesday LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.
This rare Tuesday edition was broadcasted from the Coliseum in Jacksonville, Florida and featured matches & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Road Wild 1997 PPV.

• WWE’s Plan For Liv Morgan Revealed
As seen on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live, Liv Morgan finally got a chance to wrestle on the show, but she went on to lose to “The Queen” Charlotte Flair.
After the match, Liv teased that a change in her character is coming.
According to Slice Wrestling, WWE officials are planning to give Liv a new look and will build her up as an underdog against already established stars, so that the fans get behind her (similar to what they’ve done with Dana Brooke on RAW).
WWE officials see a lot of potential in Liv’s character, especially in the merchandise department.
