During a recent interview with Bill Apter, WWF Veteran Perry Saturn talked about his drug issues, CTE, his wrestling career & more.

Below are the highlights:

On his addiction to drugs and dealing with CTE:

“I don’t have [drug addiction] anymore. Nothing’s going on now. I’m recovering. Getting better from the CTE. Huge gains. Gotten a lot better. It was very bleak at first. Some people, it goes good for. Some people, it doesn’t. I was one of the lucky ones.”

On him being homeless at one point:

“I have my own house [now]. I moved [to Minnesota] with my wife because her family is there.”

On what was the defining moment of his wrestling career:

“Me and John defeating Sabu with [Rob] Van Dam. We got up on the ladders and held up the belts and the people were very receptive.”
