Seth Rollins wins WWE World Heavyweight Championship – WrestleMania 31
Remember when WWE Hall of Famer Edge was known as the Ultimate Opportunist? Well after WrestleMania 31, he’s should be known as the new Ultimate Opportunist. Seth Rollins created many records at WrestleMania. Reigns and Lesnar beat the living hell out of each other and Rollins the opportunity and cashed in to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
He became the first ever NXT Champion to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He became the first person to win the WWE World Title at WrestleMania who is younger than the event itself. Rollins was born during the year of WrestleMania 2.
He also became the first person to cash-in the MITB at WrestleMania, and successfully as well. Seth Rollins also joined an elite bunch of wrestlers who became World Champions before the age of 30.
