7. The Revival Wins The SmackDown Tag Team Championship
The New Day won their sixth Tag Team Championship at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view back in July. However, they haven’t done much since winning the titles. Xavier Woods and Big E have not defended it even once in their sixth reign as Tag Team Champions.
A couple of weeks ago, Scott Dawson pinned Xavier Woods in a six-man tag team match which earned The Revival a shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at Clash Of Champions. Since then, the feud has got very personal.
The Revival, along with Randy Orton, put Xavier Woods and Big E out of action by beating them down one by one. The two teams will finally come face-to-face this Sunday night.
There’s a huge possibility that The Revival beats The New Day to win their first SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Moreover, The Revival have faced almost everyone in the RAW Tag Team division so winning the titles and moving to the blue brand would bring something fresh to the table.
