5. Buddy Murphy

The Best Kept Secret wasn’t used much when he arrived on the main roster. But when he got a chance to go against the big names on SmackDown, he didn’t fail to impress the fans. His matches against Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan were absolute classics.
During the Draft in October, Murphy was drafted to RAW. He’s being used quite frequently there and has gone over most of the cruiserweights who used to compete alongside him on 205 Live. His ongoing feud against Aleister Black is giving him more exposure even though Black has the upper hand right now.
In addition, Paul Heyman wants to push him which is why he pushed very hard to bring him on the red brand. Heyman is building him up gradually and we can expect Murphy to be one of the top mid-card wrestlers in WWE by next year.
4. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has been on a roll since returning to WWE prior to the FastLane pay-per-view earlier this year. It’s like Owens just brought more charisma back with him. His character has been very entertaining to watch, especially as a babyface.
The Prizefighter’s feud against Shane McMahon was quite entertaining, which helped to establish him as the badass babyface. His current feud against Seth Rollins will just help him to become the favourite of the fans even more.
Due to the character change, we can expect Owens to be one of the top babyface wrestlers in WWE next year. He’s one of the wrestlers who are rumored to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble. If WWE books him correctly, 2020 may become the year of KO.
