In the opening match at tonight’s NXT Halloween Havoc 2021, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne defeated Io Shirai & Zoey Stark and Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta in a Scareway to Hell Ladder Match to win the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Later in the night, Mandy Rose defeated Raquel Gonzalez to win the NXT Women’s Championship after a masked personality attacked Raquel from behind.

This masked person was then revealed to be Raquel’s former partner, Dakota Kai.
The end result is that Toxic Attraction (Mandy, Gigi & Jacy) will walk out of Halloween Havoc with all the gold!
This is Mandy Rose’s 1st Title win in WWE.
