“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt ended his rivalry with Daniel Bryan in a brutal Strap match at Royal Rumble last month, where he defeated Bryan to retain the Universal Championship.
Now that The Fiend has successfully victimized Bryan, he will go after his next victim. As we all know, The Fiend loves to terrorize legends, and his next target could be WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg.
Goldberg is set to make his return on SmackDown tonight. On the other hand, Bray Wyatt is also going to return with a new episode of the Firefly Fun House after the Royal Rumble.
WWE could go with an angle where Goldberg is cutting a promo in the ring and Wyatt pops up on the titantron with the Firefly Fun House to mock him. It could even lead to The Fiend appearing later to lock Goldberg in the Mandible Claw.
This way, WWE could set up Goldberg vs. The Fiend for the Universal Championship at Super ShowDown, giving both men a new face to encounter.
In addition, The Fiend defeating Goldberg there would further establish him as a monster heading into WrestleMania.
