1. Possibility of signing with WWE
With Samoa Joe officially done with WWE, Jericho asked him if he sees a future for himself in WWE. Joe didn’t talk about the negotiations with WWE in detail but said that he wants the fans to know that there were some talks with the WWE officials and “there’s some negotiations going on.”
Jericho noted that Joe’s name came up once in his conversation with Triple H a few years back. Jericho said that Triple H told him he was a fan of Samoa Joe and his wrestling style which also involves some MMA components.
Incase you didn’t know, Joe informed ROH officials that he’s going for an upcoming WWE tryout which is scheduled to take place after WrestleMania 31. WWE officials want to get an up-close look at him before they offer him a contract.
