3. Announce NXT’s Involvement At Money In The Bank

Since the black and gold brand’s move to the USA Network, it has been making some big moves. WWE has also started considering it the third brand instead of a developmental brand now. The competition with AEW on Wednesdays has forced WWE to give NXT some spotlight as well.

NXT was involved at Survivor Series for the first time ever last year. Many wrestlers from the brand also had heavy involvement at this year’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view. In addition, WWE had the first ever match representing NXT at this year’s WrestleMania.

Money In The Bank is also considered a big pay-per-view, featuring the fallout from WrestleMania. There’s a possibility that WWE decides to involve NXT at this year’s show.

Charlotte Flair will probably defend her NXT Women’s Championship at the pay-per-view, as the poster for it features her. In addition, we might see some wrestlers from the brand participating in the Money In The Bank Ladder matches.

WWE could even go as far as announcing that the Money In The Bank contract would be eligible for a cash-in on the Titles of NXT from this year onwards.

Triple H has worked very hard to bring NXT where it stands right now, and what better way to honor his 25th anniversary with the company, than to give more recognition to his brand.
