2. Winning the Intercontinental Championship for the 1st time: WWF Royal Rumble 1996 – January 21, 1996
This was his first chance at winning a Title in the World Wrestling Federation. After the 1-2-3 Kid, who turned Heel a few months earlier, interfered on his behalf, Goldust managed to beat (the now) WWE Hall of Famer Razor Ramon to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship.
