1. Jinder Mahal Loses & Still Walks Out Of SummerSlam 2017 As The WWE Champion

In the co-main event of SummerSlam 2017, “The Modern Day Maharaja” Jinder Mahal will defend the WWE Championship against the former two time NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. This will be the SummerSlam debut for both these men.

According to the betting odds, Nakamura is currently the favorite to win this match tonight. However, this victory could quite possibly be via a DQ or Count-Out. This would mean that Nakamura wins the match, but Jinder remains the WWE Champion. A possible reason for this could be the fact that Mahal will be appearing at UFC 215 PPV on September 9 to accompany Indian fighter Arjan Bhullar to the Octagon and it’s very much possible that Vince McMahon wants Jinder to carry the WWE Title belt during this UFC appearance (so still remain the WWE Champion).
