4. Beginning of Global Force Wrestling’s Invasion Angle?
When Jeff Jarrett made his return to TNA Impact Wrestling this past week, there was a lot of speculation on why he was there. Although he announced that he will be a part of the King of the Mountain match at TNA Slammiversary, but that probably wasn’t the only reason why he was there.
Jeff Jarrett is expected to stay on TNA TV after TNA Slammiversary 2015 and there’s some speculation that we might see a Global Force Wrestling Invasion angle soon. Could this happen tonight on PPV? Will TNA wrestlers turn their back on TNA and join GFW (kayfabe)? Or will this new partnership allow some GFW wrestlers to have an impromptu match on tonight’s PPV? Well, we’ll get to know in a few hours.
In a related news, Jeff Jarrett was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame 2015 at last night’s TNA Impact Wrestling tapings. The induction will air either on the July 29th or August 5th episode of TNA Impact Wrestling. Jeff Jarrett will join Sting, Kurt Angle and Team 3D in the TNA Hall of Fame.
