Kalisto will defend his United States Title against former 2 time Champion, Alberto Del Rio, at Fastlane 2016 in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
It should be noted that Del Rio is currently working his matches despite being injured, so it’s safe to say WWE won’t be putting the Title back on Del Rio.
Also, WWE is behind Kalisto and want to make him the next Rey Mysterio. That’s the reason why he’s being pushed a lot.
So, it’s only fitting that Kalisto will defeat Alberto Del Rio again to retain the US Title, and cement his place in WWE.
