2. Bayley Explains Why She Attacked Sasha Banks, Naomi Interrupts
SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley and her former best friend, Sasha Banks, got a rematch for the Women’s Tag Team Championship against Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax on last week’s SmackDown.
The Golden Role Models lost the match, which led to Bayley turning on The Boss and giving her a brutal beat down, causing a severe bone bruise in her knee and a compressed nerve in her neck (kayfabe injuries).
Banks will be off TV for a while, and Bayley will continue her run as SmackDown Women’s Champion. Tonight, she’ll cut a promo and explain why she turned on Banks, or just walk out by saying that no one deserves an explanation.
Her feud with Naomi may begin tonight too, as Naomi has a win over her and is rumored to get a push. Naomi may interrupt Bayley and take a stand for Banks.
