1. Big Dog Defeats Big Bob
“The Big Dog” Roman Reigns will face Bobby Lashley in the main event of tonight’s Extreme Rules 2018 PPV. Word going on is that the winner of this match is going to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam 2018.
Reigns is currently the favorite to win this match, but we believe Bobby Lashley should be the one who should get booked to win this bout.
This is going to be Lashley’s first big match since his return to WWE earlier this year. If Lashley loses this match, it’s going to shatter his momentum big time.
What WWE can do is have Drew McIntyre interfere in this match (since McIntyre & Reigns have been going at it during tag team matches on TV and Live Events as of late) and cost Reigns the match. This way both Lashley’s momentum & Reigns get protected.
This will then result in the following two matches taking place at SummerSlam 2018:
– Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre
– Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley for the Universal Championship
