1. Cesaro
Cesaro is arguably the most under-utilized talent in the current era of WWE. The Swiss Cyborg can literally put on a show-stopper with anyone he steps inside the ring with, but unfortunately, WWE has restricted him to being a mid-card talent.
Recently the company has started using him to get other talents over. He lost to Aleister Black at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view back in July in Black’s first pay-per-view match in the WWE. Later this month, he’s set to face Mansoor at Crown Jewel where he’ll probably lose to make the crowd happy.
Be it NXT UK or NXT, Cesaro’s move to either of the brands would be the best choice for him. He became a free agent after this year’s Draft and will soon be choosing a brand to join. Moving to NXT will give him the role of a veteran and also give the WWE Universe some of the greatest matches in NXT history.

Since Sheamus’s injury, WWE rarely used him on TV. The Swiss Superman’s talent could be utilized in a pretty great way under Triple H which would also help to elevate NXT’s status as a pure wrestling brand.
