• 6 More Names Released From WWE

As we noted earlier, Attitude Era Legend Road Dogg, who worked as a Promo & Character Development Coach at the WWE Performance Center, has been released from WWE.

PWInsider is now reporting that the following names have been released as well:

– William Regal (Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruiting / NXT General Manager)

– Ace Steel (WWE Performance Center Coach)

– Dave Kapoor (former manager of The Great Khali as Ranjin Singh, former Senior Vice President of Creative, was recently working backstage in NXT)

– Ryan Katz (Longtime NXT Creative Team member)

– Sarah Cummins (Senior VP of Consumer Products)

– Scott Armstrong (WWE Referee / Producer)

UPDATE: 4 More Names Released From WWE

WWE issued the following statement earlier today:

“With the continued evolution of NXT 2.0, we’ve decided to part ways with some of the staff based in our Performance Center.

We thank them for their many contributions throughout the years and wish them the best.”
