3. The Fiend Retains The Universal Championship
Roman Reigns returned at SummerSlam last Sunday after the Universal Championship match to take out “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman.
The three men will collide tonight in a No Holds Barred Triple-Threat match for the Universal Championship.
The Fiend and The Big Dog are the favourites to win this match. It’s likely that WWE will do the unexpected and have Roman Reigns pin Strowman to win the Title.
However, to protect themselves from fan backlash, which is inevitable if The Fiend gets such a short Title reign and Reigns wins it in his first match back, they could make The Fiend retain.
Besides, Reigns and Fiend are expected to feud after Payback, so he might win the Title afterwards.
