5. Drake Maverick Joins Forces With King Corbin
The next saga between The Big Dog and The King will commence tonight on SmackDown. Corbin made it 2-0 against Roman Reigns at TLC after Dolph Ziggler and The Revival aided him during the brutal TLC match against Reigns.
It is likely that Reigns will once again go after Corbin to settle the score tonight. The Revival and Ziggler will be on Corbin’s side so we can expect The New Day and Shorty G getting added into the mix as well (as they were the ones involved in the brawl at TLC).
There’s also a possibility that Drake Maverick will finally reveal his secret alliance with King Corbin. Over the past few weeks, there was an unknown personality hiding under the ring who sneaked from there to hold Reigns’ legs whenever he got physical with Corbin.
It might be Maverick as he has been managing Corbin at house shows recently.
WWE may go with an angle where Corbin and Reigns have a rematch from TLC tonight and Maverick costs Reigns the match to reveal himself as the manager of King Corbin.
