1. Sheamus Returns
The Celtic Warrior surprised the WWE Universe 3 weeks ago when he popped out of nowhere on the titantron and announced that he would be joining back the blue brand soon. Sheamus was out of action for over 8 months due to various injuries.
Sheamus brought back his old look and claimed that he would be returning to SmackDown to restore its former glory. According to him, the current state of SmackDown is pathetic due to wrestlers like Shorty G, King Corbin and “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.
Earlier this week, Sheamus reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida which is a big hint that his return is not too far.

He might show up on the blue brand tonight to freshen things up a bit. SmackDown has several storylines going on for months so Sheamus returning will add a new element to the brand. WWE has a habit of pulling surprises on post pay-per-view shows and tonight might be one of those nights.
He could go after someone smaller than him like Shorty G or Mustafa Ali since he wants to take out the “weaklings and wimps” on SmackDown. A potential feud against Shinsuke Nakamura also looks possible since he has replaced Sheamus as Cesaro’s Tag Team partner as seen over the past couple of weeks. He could even help Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro against The New Day to form a new alliance.
