3. Kane Announces His Entry Into The Royal Rumble Match, Segment With Daniel Bryan
The Big Red Machine is set to make his return to WWE tonight after several months. He last appeared on WWE programming on an episode of RAW in September of 2019 where he won his first 24/7 Title, and later got attacked by “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt at the end of the show.
His last appearance on SmackDown was in the summer of 2018 where he reunited with Daniel Bryan to form Team Hell No against The Bludgeon Brothers. Tonight will be Kane’s first appearance on SmackDown in almost 2 years.
He might announce his entry into the Royal Rumble match for this year as WWE is hyping it up due to his impressive record in the match. His last appearance in the match was back in 2017, although he worked a Triple Threat Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in 2018.
In addition to announcing his entry into the match, we might see him teasing a potential WrestleMania match against Daniel Bryan for the Universal Title, if Bryan manages to defeat The Fiend at Royal Rumble.
As Kane has already experienced The Fiend’s brutality, he’ll probably warn Bryan of him if they cross paths. On the other hand, Wyatt’s mind games will continue with Bryan tonight and a potential appearance from The Fiend may also take place.
