6. AJ Styles Claims The Tuwaiq Trophy, Gets Confronted By The Undertaker
WWE is going to hold the first ever Tuwaiq Trophy Gauntlet match in Saudi Arabia this Thursday at Super ShowDown.
It will just be a usual Gauntlet match, with the winner getting a Tuwaiq mountain range shaped trophy, which is a famous mountain range in Saudi Arabia.
AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio, Bobby Lashley, R-Truth and Erick Rowan will be participating in the match, while United States Champion Andrade will also return from suspension to take part in it.
Erick Rowan is just there to bring some unpredictability into the match, while Mysterio and Andrade will be there to continue their rivalry. R-Truth will just be participating to entertain the Saudi crowd, while the United States Champion won’t be given such a huge win just after returning from suspension.
The most likely candidate to win the match is The Phenomenal One. He’s the most decorated wrestler out of all the competitors, and also needs a huge win heading into WrestleMania.
Styles is rumored to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania, and winning the trophy will give him a much-needed victory before starting a feud with The Phenom.
Also, with The Undertaker being in Saudi Arabia for this PPV, expect some sort of confrontation between Styles & Undertaker at Super ShowDown.
