2. Randy Orton Ends Matt Hardy’s Run In WWE, Edge Returns
The Viper has been viciously taking out anyone who dares to come in his way since the night after Royal Rumble.
Last week on RAW, Randy Orton came out to explain why he attacked WWE Hall of Famer Edge on his return to RAW.
Surprisingly, Matt Hardy came out and talked about his history with Edge. He wanted to know what was wrong with Orton, which made The Viper mad, causing him to unleash a vicious beat-down on Hardy. He hit Hardy with an RKO and then smashed Hardy’s head with the con-chair-to.
As Hardy’s contract is expiring soon, it was considered that Hardy was written off TV last week. However, Orton and Hardy are going to square off in a No Holds Barred match tonight.
It looks like Hardy will lose tonight, possibly in his last match in his current WWE run. Orton will destroy him once again, leading to the end of his WWE run.
This way WWE can further establish Orton as The Legend Killer, and make him look like a complete threat heading into WrestleMania 36 in a rumored match against Edge.
Also, there’s a big possibility of Edge possibly returning and making the save for Hardy after the match.
