One thing is for sure, Drew McIntyre is one of the next big things in WWE. McIntyre has been on a roll since joining back last year. He’s been in top feuds with the likes of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman and Finn Balòr.
He’s about to participate in another big match at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, where he will team up with Shane-O-Mac against Roman Reigns and The Undertaker.
There are also rumors that McIntyre might face The Phenom at SummerSlam this year, which will pave way for big things for him in the future.
WWE has been building up the Scottish Psychopath since last year, they just need to pull the trigger now. It’s possible that they may wait until next year’s WrestleMania to give him his big moment.
This will not only solidify McIntyre as the top guy of the WWE, but will also help in increasing the prestige of the Universal Championship.
