2. Becky Lynch’s WrestleMania 36 Match
WWE officials want to do Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36. However, if WWE is unable to secure Rousey for WrestleMania, then they have a back-up plan ready for Becky.
Next week on NXT, Shayna Baszler will defend the NXT Women’s Championship against former NXT UK Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley.
According to Slice Wrestling, Ripley is scheduled to end Shayna’s reign as champion and this will lead to Shayna’s arrival on the WWE main roster.
Expect Shayna to end up on RAW as there have been talks of doing Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36.
The seeds for this feud were planted after the main event of Survivor Series 2019, when Becky laid out Shayna as she wasn’t involved in the finish of the match (Shayna made Bayley tap out to win the main event that night).
