5. Sasha Banks Defeats Nikki Cross
Nikki Cross faced Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship last week on SmackDown. The two were originally set to meet in a 6-Women Tag Team Match last week, but plans changed after most of the talent failed to make it to Buffalo for SmackDown.
The Unhinged Cross gave a pretty tough time to the SmackDown Women’s Champion, but the numbers game proved to be too much for her in the end. Just when she started gaining momentum against Bayley, Sasha Banks interrupted the match to help Bayley turn the tables.
Bayley couldn’t capitalize on the helping hand The Boss gave her as Cross started overpowering her again. However, Cross finally lost in the end when Banks pushed her from the top rope to help Bayley get the win.
This week, Cross will settle the score with The Boss. This will be Banks’ first match since her encounter with Becky Lynch at Hell In A Cell. It looks like that Sasha Banks will win the bout as WWE won’t give her a loss in her first match in more than a month.
We can also expect Bayley to help her in some way to win the match.
