At tonight’s NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, Io Shirai successfully defended the NXT Women’s Championship against Mercedes Martinez and Toni Storm in a triple threat match.

During the match, Toni cleared the announce table for a spot, but the table ended up breaking on its own!

– Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai def. Ember Moon & Shotzi Blackheart to win the inaugural Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament (With this win, they have earned a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match)

– Johnny Gargano (c) def. Kushida to retain the NXT North American Championship

– MSK def. Grizzled Young Veterans to win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 2021 tournament (With this win, they have earned a Tag Team Championship match)

– Io Shirai (c) def. Mercedes Martinez and Toni Storm in a Triple Threat Match to retain the NXT Women’s Championship

– Finn Balor (c) def. Pete Dunne to retain the NXT Championship (NXT Tag Team Champions Dannu Burch & Oney Lorcan attacked Balor after the match and Undisputed Era made the save. Adam Cole then turned heel and superkicked Balor and Kyle O’Reilly)
